The Age eligibility criteria for NEET 2022 exam is the candidate must be minimum 17 years of age as of Dec 31,2022. And there is no Maximum age limit. As you were born in 2005, you will be 17 by 2022 and you will be  eligible for the NEET 2022 Examination.

Don't worry dear you will be eligible for Neet 2022 if you are born in 2005 as according to eligibility criteria of neet as of now one is eligible for neet if he or she is at least 17 years. So to be eligible for Neet 2022 , one needs to be at least 17 years old by December 31,2022 and with your date of birth in 2005 you fulfil this criteria so you are undoubtedly eligible for neet 2022.

Also to be eligible for Neet you must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.
