No, you are not eligible for CAT 2021 .

This is because,

To be eligible for CAT 2021 , you should be appearing for final year / semester examination. Even if you just move into final year from 2nd year you won't  be eligible , to be eligible you should be at least appearing for final year examination of graduation or should be awaiting for final year results .

To be eligible for CAT ,

• you need a  Bachelor's/graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

• you must have got  at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA in your graduation . SC/ST/PH students need only at least 45 percentage in Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline to be eligible .

  Recommended

• Candidates who are appearing for final year examination of their graduation or are awaiting for final year results are also eligible for CAT examination.

• There is no age restriction to be  eligible

• It is not mandatory to have work experience to be eligible
