Yes, you are eligible for JEE Mains . Class 12th appearing students are also eligibility for JEE Mains , You can submit appearing option during registration.
Here are the Eligibility criteria for JEE Mains :- JEE Mains candidate requires minimum 75% marks for general category and 65% for reserve category. There is no age limit for JEE Mains Candidate .
A candidate must allowed three consecutive attempts in JEE Mains .

Yes, you'll be eligible for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced in 2023 and 2024 also as you would complete your 12 th standard in 2022 and if you meet other eligibility criteria like age criteria, minimum 75 marks in 12 th standard in science stream from a recognised Board and 65 percentage for reservation category candidates, etc..
You'll be eligible for JEE Mains in 3 consecutive years from the year you finish your 12 th standard including the year. JEE Advanced can be attempted twice in consecutive years.
