Sir,I belong to obc and my all India rank is 38000.will I get a govt mbbs seat??

Hello Moturu Tulasi,
It will be difficult for you to score a government seat in any college.
You might still apply for the counseling process since your rank isn't that south to not facilitate a good college.
If not, you might go for a private college or opt for another attempt.
