The total seat for OBC minorities is 21. Your rank is quiet satisfactory and as you have a reservation quota, with 49th rank, you are most likely to get a sit in BHU in M.A in English. The couselling dates shall be released soon and the cutoff and whether you are selected or not will be updated in your BHU account which you made during the time of counselling. They might also text you in your registered number or email you. So constantly keep yourself updated.

Hi,
The chances are low the total seat reservation for OBC are 17, 12 for non BHU obc and 5 for BHU OBC. For obc minorities there are 4 seats  divided into 3 and 1 for non bhu obc minority and  bhu obc minority.
Total OBC seats for the course are 21. So you may not be able to get one.
