Your Percentile is good in SC category.With SC category you will get offer of NITs through seat allocation program.But in general quota you are around of expected cuttoff percentile.As your rank will change little bit after complilation of score of both phase exam as in 1st phase only 9lakhs aspirants appeared in exam.But in 2nd phase around 11.5-12lakhs aspirants will appear.So rank will change little bit.

You still have one attempt for jee mains 2019.You can confirm your seats in various NITs with good branch.You will get offer of NITs but you won't get good branch through score of 1st phase.This time secure NITs with good branch.

As the JEE Mains conducted twice this year in the months of January and April. And the NTA percentile scores are released for January session.

Your expected rank may be 170521.As you belongs to SC category you may have reservations.You may get nits but not for sure because official cut offs will be released in the month of April after the April JEE mains exam.
