We understand your concerns. It appears you are asking in regard with JOSSA seat allocation since you have not mentioned the entrance details. Well, taking this rank as to be your Jee Mains rank, the rank is quite low to get admissions in the colleges , even in the OBC category under female only pool. Usually a very few changes are seen uptil the 6th round as nobody withdraws the seat, and that is the last round to get seat acceptance fees. So, if you didnt get a seat till now, you would not have to pay that amount. So, wait till the last round, although there are a little chances, perhaps in thehome state quota in NITs.
