see some colleges need only 60 percentage marks in 10+2.
in nits, iiits, cftis they need 75% marks to get admission in btech. so you are not eligible for these institution. however bits has separate entrance test. and it need 75% marks in 10+2.
there are amity university, lovely professional university, you are eligible for those.

I am afraid to tell you that 75% or top 20 percentile in any other equivalent board is the minimum requirements required for eligibility of getting admission in an engineering college. Therefore if you are not qualified for an engineering college, there is no point giving an entrance exam.
