I think you have used rank predictor or some website regarding your JEE Advance  to check upon something. So they saved those details and reverted you back for future use through your email.

It is not fake and it is not true also. It's just to notify you that you have used some website or predictor and this is the result.

For any Official work you won't get any email from official of  board.  IT is always candidates responsibilty to do regular updates check for the results,rank,merit list and all.

So any mail will be of no use.

You will get mail only when you register yourshelf in some website of college or anything and that is just notify you.
