Since you did not get a seat in the first round you must be below the cut off for the first round.If you were to get a college in round 2 considering that less students are above you and many students leave the seat the only medicak college you can expect is RAJEEV GANDHI MEDICAL COLLEGE adilabad. 

You can also apply for private college where you would have more probability of getting a seat.
