As you may know IIITs are not all run by MHRD ministry of Indian Government. Most of the IIITs are run on public-private partnership. The fees in IIITs are not under the same concessions like in IITs and NITs. Also, the fees are a bit higher than NITs. Most IIITs have tuition fees around 1 Lac and there is no concession. Although some IIITs may provide some kind of scholarship. Also, the Student Loan scheme for aspirants ensures money doesn't hinder your aspirations.
