Yes, you are eligible. Now NIOS students are eligible to apply.
To attempt NEET, it is required that you should have completed your 12th with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and english. The minimum percentage required for class 12th is- 50%(gen and EWS)

40%(OBC/SC/ST)
