Telengana domicile eligibility:-

• Any person who is a resident of Telangana.
  

• Women not formerly belonging to the state but married to a permanent resident of the state.
  

Madhya Pradesh domicile criteria:-

• Permanent resident of the Madhya Prades state can only apply for a residence certificate
  
• Residents of last five years in Madhya Pradesh state are eligible to apply for Domicile Certificate
  
• If a woman does not originally belong to Madhya Pradesh but is married to a man who is a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh, then she will be eligible to apply for a residence certificate
