Hi,

In order to prepare for NEET or for your boards ,the most necessary thing is to avoid distractions. If you are getting distracted with your friends or family you should talk it out to them and I feel if they are your real friends they will understand you. You shouldn't isolate yourself completely but should know the importance of time. I would like to suggest you to wakeup early in morning and read it would greatly help you. Have a brisk walk in evening where you can talk or spend time with friends keep time in mind too.

At last it will come to your hardwork and determination which will pay you back.

I hope this helps.

All the best.
