Marks required for getting a seat depends on your category and state of domicile but you haven't mentioned the name of your state of domicile
For example , If I tell you about Gujarat then in neet 2018, the lowest marks that fetched a seat under state in government medical college for st category was 423 marks and it was for Government Medical College, Bhavnagar.
But cut off marks for Medical Colleges keeps changing depending upon several factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc.
So, I would suggest you to score at least 500 marks or more if you belong to st category. Also more is your marks better is the college you get
