State quota k under private medical college me admission hota hai? If yes then plz tell me how? My domecile is of Bihar.

No I don't think so. But there are some seats in Pvt colleges which are filled by govt counselling.

Tell me which pvt college I will get if my neet 2018 marks is 345. Tell me in UP aur in rajesthan. And also in some other states.

We can't say ki ull get a particular college. Try to attend counselling of various colleges.
