I expect you are in your 12th Standard. So you might have completed your 12th portion. If not then it's important to do that first because it forms the basic of JEE Mains exam. JEE Mains is going to take place twice in 2019. That's in January and April. If you have applied for January exam then see how much you know. Practice practice practice MCQs(Multiple Choice Questions)
If you are going to give exam in April then complete your Boards portion first. If Boards Portion is already done then you can start reading NCERT books for Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. If you have already completed your 12th portion then it would be easy to cover NCERT fast. Then for Physics you can go for HC Verma Volume 1 and Volume 2. Practice past year papers. For Inorganic Chemistry you can practice from RC Mukherjee book. For organic reactions you need to practice reactions everyday. Same is the case with Mathematics. Get the basics clear and start solving. If you don't get it then see from the solutions and understand. To get admission in any of the NITs you must score atleast 200 if you want branch of your choice.
