hii 

you may not get structures or any top branch in iit or top nits. but if you are not branch oriented than thare are many branches which you get in iit. iit mumbai has many mutidiscilplinary branches which are very good and you have chahnce of geeting them. you have very fair chance to get structures in iit gandhinagar which conducts interview after shortlisting. iit gandhinagar is one of the top emerging iit.

With this score you can get the an NIT college but not the top IITs.

See u have got a good marks in the GATE exam which might give u a rank below 700. Ur marks make u eligible to opt a good college like TOP NITs and IITs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest.
