IF u want to swap ur branch in the same college from any of the branch to another one then u must acquire the required percentage or GPA in the semester exam for ur swapping process to undergo. See choosing any of the branch require the vacancy of the seats in that branch too. 

But u must also have in mind about the condition of the study in the particular branch in the specified college. Hope this helpe u.

Anna University doesn't allow branch sliding after a student has been allocated a specific course in Single Window Counselling System at any cause. You have to relieve from college and again admit yourself in the course if you want to join Agriculture University.

However, since you’re already in Computer Science, I would suggest you make the best use of it. Learn coding, spend time on HackerRank, contribute on git and you can make it into a profession of your choice. Lots of Software companies are there to hire you.
