Hello Vikram ,thanks for asking this question on this platform.for getting admission in any government engineering College you have to give the entrance exam of JEE and after that on the basis of your score card or all India rank you will get any engineering college .thanks

For PSG college of Technology intake of students by through counselling .for all be or b.tech courses.
It's not any IIT or NIT .
