Hello Aspirant,

You are eligible to apply for Btech computer science engineering even if you have not studied computer science as a mandatory subject in your 10+2 level education. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech computer science engineering is a minimum of 50-55 % marks aggregate for your 10+2 level education with physics, mathematics and English as mandatory subjects from a recognized board of education. However if you are looking to boost your knowledge in the field of computer science so that you are at par with the other students, you should learn basic programming languages like HTML, java, c and c++. It is advisable that you follow the NCERT textbooks for these as they will be of an introductory level. You can also build your interest in programming language by watching YouTube contents of the same. Hope this helps and Good luck
