Hello Pranav, Best colleges for CSE and ECE branches in Tamil Nadu are NIT Tiruchirapalli, Chennai Institute of technology, sastra university, and others. But given that you have got a high rank and also you are from general category, I don't think you would get a seat in any of the top colleges in the basis of JEE main marks. You might try in management quota in colleges like SRM and VIT.
