You have to clear Neet ug exam to get a seat of mbbs/bds for becoming dr. Its must according to new rules of mci and neet ug officials.

You can also give aiims and jipmer mbbs entrance exam, but you should clear them too, if you seek to have admissions in one of these colleges.

Now from this year mci has given strict instructions for the students going abroad for pursuing mbbs/bds degree that the candidate is eligible for admissions for mbbs/bds course in abroad ONLY AFTER clearing the neet ug exam.

Hello,

I would like to tell you that, NEET is the main entrance exam for going in medical field. It is the first step to become a doctor. If you don't want to go for it, then you have to crack other entrance exams like AIIMS or JIPMER. But there will be definetly an entrance exam you have to face.

Hope it's clear. All the best!!
