If you want to do B planning ten do not restrict yourself in your comfort zone as there are various top colleges across the country which offers B planning. See there is no difference if you do your bachelors from gujrat or some other state as most of the students goes to different states to do bachelors. NIT tricy, calicut, bhopal are top colleges in NIT from which you can do your B planning. But its totally your choice to do your bachelors from the college of your choice.
