For now there is no such official announcement by aiims have been given that there will be a common entrance for students who separately appear in aiims . So neet and aiims will be conducted separately. As aiims itself a different institution and have a legacy to carry forward. I hope this was helpful

The cut off of AIIMS MBBS 2019 is the minimum required percentage which needs to be scored in order to qualify for the exam. I'll like to clarify here that admission to aiims is not done on the basis of neet score rather aiims conducts it's seperate exam for admission in mbbs course every year. As per the previous year data The cutoff percentile for OBC PwD category and SC/ST category was 90.2036135. As per AIIMS MBBS cutoff 2019, candidates belonging to General category are required to score at least 50% marks in AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, while those belonging to OBC category need to score at least 45% and SC/ST candidates are required to score at least 40% in order to qualify the exam.  As the cut off changes every year, So you must atleast focus on getting 45% + score in order to qualify the exam.
