Although both the colleges are not up to the mark of an average b-school but still in order to choose between the two you should go to Sharda University instead of NIT Silchar.

Placement is one of the most important factors which you need to see as your first priority for shortlisting any MBA college. In shortlisting any college your first priority should be placed and then if you find out that two colleges are having same placement then you can look for other parameters. But believe me why it is important because after completing your MBA in 2 years if you don't end up with a good job with a good package then again you will face lots of problems in this heavy competitive world.
