The maximum speed of a car on a level circular road of radius of curvature r, so that it can move without skidding is equal to v= √R* g* cos theta, where theta is angle of elevation. So, the maximum speed is independent of the mass of car.

In the second part of the question, force is divided in three components and the displacement is divided into two components, but no question has been mentioned this needs to be solved.
