The sum of height and the radius is given to us

if we substitute in the equation 1 we get
2*pi*r*37= 1628
solving further we get
2*pi*r= 1628/37
2*pi*r= 44
pi*r= 22
r=22/pi
r=7
The circumference of the base which is a circle = 2*pi*r
= 2*pi*7
= 43.98
