The NEET Admit card is a 3 page pdf where in the first page is the admit card and the self declaration form. The rest 2 pages are advisory ti students. You needn't take the Page 2 and Page 3. But yes if yu want to, you can pin them and that is no problem at all. Make sure you check if all the details on the admit card are correct. If yes, put the thumb impression, get it signed by your parents and affix the photograph at the bottom page. Now also fill the self declaration form, paste a photograph but do not sign on it yet. You will need to sign it in front of the invigilator. Take 2 passport size photographs, Admit card, valid Id proof, PWD certificate if applicable, 50 ml sanitiser and a transparent water bottle.
