there is a free exit after neet pg 2019 all india counselling round 1...what does it mean??

Hi Sushmita,

In previous years it was compulsary to report to college allotted in round 1 and confirm your seat there.But now with free exit it's not compulsary to report to college allotted in round 1,or even if you report then you can easily change it in round 2 without getting penalised or ineligible.
