there is no change in second round josaa seat allocation this year. last year there was big change in second round. why?

The cutoff trends vary year to year you cannot print anything related to these cutoffs talking about changes in second round there is no such trend of major changes ut might just happen in one particular year and the reason might be that core branches like electrical, mechanical get filled up very fast in the iits and nits so people who are allotted non core like ceramic and all they shift from iits and nits to lower colleges for getting good branches and hence major changes may occur but they are surely not a trend.
