There is no payment window on ipu website , I am not able to pay 40,000 . It was clearly mentioned that last date for payment is 27th july .

Dear Reader,

There has to be a different specific window for online payment. Incase you are unable to find the online method mail their concerned department and ask for other methods. Like NEFT, IMPS or some other means they might be accepting money. In worst case pay cash.
