See, University or college results depends on the faculty and the level of students they have. You can not just imply in the fact that universities are all about huge investments. You can get the best possible results based on the hardwork and practise you make in your college life.

Although, many students fail to achieve what they wanted because they lack the basic knowledge.

If the issue related to exam is there, then you should  ask about that.
