There is no separate branch option in bsnl jto for Electronics and Telecommunications branch so what option will I choose?

This is through Gate only and there is no such particular branch for the same. So to be eligible for BSNL you will have to meet the criteria of eligible branches and the eligible branches are -
CS / EC/ EE / IN.
