there is some issue found when I'm filling conselling registration for, never go ahead from academic detail hence i"m unable to fill form please help...

In order to fill the counselling registration form form to take part in the counselling rounds, you have to fill all the required information such as Academic details, Personal details, Scanned photograph, Signature, and other educational information.
