Generally the fees taken by any Institution will be taken for one semester or one year,you can pay the fees in installments aswell.But Almost all the time the fees mentioned for a college will be told in terms of semesters.But when you ask for the fees for the complete course,only in that case you will have been told the total fees which you will have to spend for the complete course.Hope you have understood.Thank You.
