As per the rules of JoSAA 2019, if the candidate does not report to the reporting centre then the candidate will be treated as rejecting the offer and he/she will be excluded from further rounds of seat allocation. It seems that the same happened to you as well. However, if you have enough merit, try for counselling procedures in other colleges and institutes.
