This pdf that not contain page numbers so I want to download in my own PDF app how can I move that

HELLO,
1.Download the PDF from browser (Click download icon or long press- download link)
2.Go the file manager or downloads folder
3.Tap the PDF - Open with your pdf app.
4.To add page numbers use the app edit or organize feature .
