If you want to prepare for upsc then do your graduation from any where and prepare for it .

But remember one thing if you don't qualify in any exam then what will you do...

So backup is necessary

First of all clear your goal. Then take decision of your future. If you have interest in engineering you should go for iits preparation and if in civil services then go for graduation along with upsc preparations.
