This yr,the 1st round of DNB counseling is between the two rounds of aipg counselling. If I report to the college allotted in the 1st round of aipg counseling, apply for upgradation in 2nd round, attend dnb 1stround and acquire a desired seat there,can I resign from my allotted seat without penalty?

Hello,

No it is not possible that you can leave without penalty. You have to pay penalty upto 10lakh. Medical seats are very important as many candidates struggle and compete. if one student reserves two seats , then it will be loss to candidates as it will hit their career and also to college as seat will go empty.

it won't be allowed. You have to pay fine and notify college that you are leaving seat so that college will allot it to another qualified candidate.
