those who study btech in IITs ,NITs ,IIITs will they have to give gate exam for master degree / Mtech or they can directly get admission in master degree / Mtech without giving gate exam? please reply

Hi Aspirant!

IITs, NITs also offer direct admission in the M.Tech program. According to the eligibility criteria candidate must have completed the B.Tech from IITs/NITs only and should have above 8 CGPA overall. Also,  IITs and NITs offers direct admission to the candidates who have been sponsored by their employees. They also do not need to appear for GATE exam.
