If no coloumn has been provided for uploading the certificate then, It is not to be upload while application form filling.
You must not worry about this.
The certificate will be used for the purpose of rechecking whether the category you have choose is your real category. So you will be asked to furnish the caste certificate at the time of seat allocation and councelling.
