The best subjects for M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering are -
Machine Design
Manufacturing Engineering
Mechatronics
Project Management
Thermal Engineering
CAD CAM
Robotics
If you are able to do M.Tech in these streams from good colleges like IIT's, NIT's you can land into core jobs with very good packages.
