So, you need to fill the application form by 13 th November 2019, you can follow the below steps to fill the application form :-

Step 2 - Filing detailed online application form

Step 3 - Uploading of Scanned Photograph & Signature

Step 4 - Payment of Examination Fee

Step 5 - Downloading and printing Confirmation Page.
