for JEE advance, top 2.5 lakh students are only considered to be eligible for appearing the exam. You might be eligible for the exam but you might not be coming in top 2.5 lakh list.
if 5-6 lakhs are eligible for exam, all of them won't get considered. this is the rule which is followed over years.
Not to worry. Your main goal should be get top engineering campus. you can choose top NIT campus which performs same as any IIT campus.
