AIIMS Delhi incorporates students on the basis of their ranks in AIIMS UG exam.
The competition is so tough that you can very well imagine by examining the cutoff of the previous year.
Since you didn't mention about the category, I suppose you to be from UR.
In 2018, the cutoff rank for the UR in AIIMS Delhi was 53 after the mop-up round.
And for getting that rank, one has to score a minimum marks of 154+/200.
