Same thing has happened with me. I have sent an email to neet@nta.nic.in for correction.

Btw my Photo got rotated 180 degree

In my confirmation page that i Downloaded Earlier the photo orientation was correct, but now the photo is Rotated in my Confirmation page that is on the NEET website.

I have my old confirmation page saved as PDF

you don't need to worry about it. there won't be any problem to you ,if the photo and the signature is rotated.

just make sure the photo and the signature is yours. the examiner will not care about the orientation of the pic.

just make sure you do not try to edit the admit card on your own.
