Hi Harsh,
Since you have mentioned 5.5 years I am assuming you are speaking about MBBS. Well all universities have their own fee structure and that structure also keeps changing from year to year. Usually when students pass their NEET exam and go through the government seats the fees is less, opposite to that is the private seats which have a lot of donations involved. So please specify about which university and their fees you want to know about.
