Assuming that you are asking for B.Tech (4years) course , the cyt off here at mmmut varues from branch to branch. There are all total 660 seats with 120 in each EE, ECE, CSE, CE and 60 in CHE. If you are able to fetch a general rank under 400 it is most likely that you can get any branch of yoir own choice. Last year (2018) the last GNOP rank to fill seat was close to 2000.

Also there are various quota seats which can bear general rank upto 25000.

Last year , 10% seats was filled through JEE Mains examination  and the rest 90% was fill by the university's own entrance examination.

The rank required by a general category student must be under 1000 to get agood branch and for reservation the rank can go up to 2500 as 10% of the seats are filled through jee mains.
