The cutoff of NEET 2020 for government colleges depends upon the various factors such as the number of candidates applied, level of difficulty, seats available and scores obtained in NEET exam . Therefore, the cutoff of NEET 2020 varies for every institute. As you have not mentioned about the place you're living in and the reservation details

On a general consideration, to get an admission in mbbs  in the government colleges  the possible rank may be below 1000 for general reservation people.

Different government colleges have different cutoffs for NEET depending upon various factors like quota , category etc. Since you have mentioned none of it , i assume you belong to general category and the approximate rank you need to have to get a seat in government college under state quota is 15k while under AIQ , it is roughly 10 k. But note that this is just to be on a safer side , you have chances to get  admission even with a rank more than this.
